Senior Director of Readiness

Job Summary

Leading the product feedback loop and field enablement strategy, the full-time remote Senior Director of Readiness is responsible for ensuring global teams are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving continuous improvement through collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product readiness strategy for Agentforce and Data 360, ensuring comprehensive enablement plans accompany new features and releases
• Develop scalable enablement programs to minimize reactive support demand and maximize proactive customer guidance
• Build and retain a high-performing, globally distributed team of readiness leaders and individual contributors

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Enablement, or Product Operations, with at least 4 years in leadership roles
• Proven success in building product-to-field readiness programs in a SaaS or cloud environment
• Strong understanding of AI, data platforms, or CRM ecosystems, with experience in Agentforce or Data Cloud preferred
• Data-driven leadership experience with operational KPIs such as case rates and adoption metrics
• Excellent executive communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for senior stakeholders
