Senior Director of Real Estate Management

Job Summary

Overseeing the management of the Corporate Real Estate portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Real Estate Management will handle acquisitions, dispositions, lease administration, and provide strategic insights to bank leadership while working remotely from Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; or Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with bank leadership to align project objectives with business unit strategies and deliver tactical insights
• Ensure the real estate portfolio aligns with goals and manage overall asset management, acquisitions, and lease administration
• Oversee teams managing the CRE portfolio, establish performance expectations, and manage staff training and evaluation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma and 16 years of relevant experience
• Experience in transaction management, lease administration, asset management, and project management
• Proven leadership experience, including talent development and managing geographically dispersed teams
• Ability to develop and coach high-performing teams and manage a pipeline of transactions effectively
• Excellent communication skills and experience in building data-driven reporting practices
