Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial regulations across all divisions
• Oversee operational adherence to regulatory policies and conduct risk assessments
• Lead the development of regulatory compliance training and policies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a heavily regulated environment, preferably in post-secondary education
• Strong understanding of federal Title IV regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
