Senior Director of Relationship Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with Incubators and VC firms aligned with the customer profile
• Build and maintain partnerships to expand the customer base and support sales teams
• Lead negotiations on partnership agreements and provide strategic guidance between organizations and the company

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a Life Science discipline
• Intimate understanding of Incubators and VC business operations
• Well-developed external network in funding organizations preferred
• Experience in contract negotiation
• Highly collaborative with the ability to influence without authority
