Key Responsibilities
  • Establish processes for collaboration across various departments to ensure effective execution of renewal strategies
  • Lead the team in achieving Account Growth Quotas and maintain forecasting accuracy for the pipeline and bookings
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team while engaging directly with customer C-Suite executives
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in leading successful Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success Teams
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership focused on renewals and customer lifecycle management
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Expertise in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and change management
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred
