Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Establish processes for collaboration across various departments to ensure effective execution of renewal strategies
- Lead the team in achieving Account Growth Quotas and maintain forecasting accuracy for the pipeline and bookings
- Build and mentor a high-performing team while engaging directly with customer C-Suite executives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading successful Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success Teams
- Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership focused on renewals and customer lifecycle management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Expertise in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and change management
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred
