Job Summary

Leading a team of Renewal Account Managers, the full-time Senior Director of Renewals will be responsible for maximizing recurring revenue through high renewal rates and churn mitigation while developing and executing regional renewal strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the team to exceed quarterly and annual ARR, renewal rate, uplift, and forecast accuracy targets
  • Build a high-performing organization through hiring, coaching, talent development, and performance management
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve execution and remove friction in the renewal process
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software or SaaS renewals, retention, or post-sales revenue leadership
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing renewal teams that meet ARR and churn targets
  • Strong executive presence with experience in complex commercial negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to build operating rigor through forecasting and performance analytics
  • 4-year degree in Business; MBA is a plus
