Senior Director of Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE) Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Define reporting requirements by partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders
• Lead the deployment and governance of the data warehouse and middleware ETL tools
• Empower users with self-service reporting capabilities through training and governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting or data warehouse tools, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in defining and executing reporting requirements across financial and operational metrics
• Expertise in middleware/ETL tools is strongly preferred
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams is highly desirable
