Senior Director of Retail
Job Summary
To define and execute a comprehensive retail strategy across diverse APAC markets, the remote Senior Director of Retail will manage team building, partner relationships, and revenue growth while leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the APAC retail vision and strategy, aligning with global leadership
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all APAC channels while setting ambitious sales targets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners and manage contracts and promotional calendars
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in retail sales and account management, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling operations in APAC markets, particularly in consumer electronics
- Experience with multiple distribution channels, including direct retail and e-commerce
- Strong P&L ownership experience and ability to drive revenue growth at a regional level
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages is a strong advantage
