Job Summary
Leading a high-impact team, the full-time Senior Director of Key & Enterprise Retail Sales will set the vision and strategy for Affirm's retail sales organization, overseeing sales leaders and managing relationships with strategic merchants in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set the vision, strategy, and operating direction for the Key & Enterprise Retail Sales organization
- Own business performance metrics including pipeline health, deal progression, and revenue outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders at major retail merchants and lead complex commercial opportunities
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales organizations focused on large accounts
- Deep experience selling to large retail merchants, ideally in payments or fintech
- Executive presence and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Practical fluency with modern sales tools, data, and AI to improve team effectiveness
