Senior Director of Retail Strategy

Job Summary

To drive growth and expand partnerships with regional retail partners, the full-time Senior Director of Retail Strategy will manage relationships, close profitable sales, and leverage Neptune's comprehensive portfolio while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategically build and manage relationships to achieve profitable growth for Neptune and retail partners
• Secure meetings with senior-level decision makers to understand business objectives and develop opportunity pipelines
• Drive adoption of Neptune solutions through client-centric campaigns based on data and insights

Required qualifications:

• Proven track record of delivering results in the retail landscape, particularly with CPGs
• Experience achieving or exceeding profitable sales goals in a B2B environment
• Strong passion for new business development and account growth
• Ability to build relationships with senior-level decision makers
• Deep understanding of the CPG and retail industry, with strong analytical skills
