Senior Director of Revenue Accounting

Job Summary

Leading the revenue accounting function, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Accounting will oversee the quote-to-cash process, manage a team, and ensure compliance with ASC 606 while driving process automation and collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the revenue accounting function and ensure compliance with ASC 606
• Oversee the billings and collections function, ensuring accurate invoicing and cash application
• Guide monthly and quarterly revenue close processes and manage revenue recognition entries

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 12+ years of experience in revenue accounting and billing/collections, including 5+ years in leadership
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and experience with complex SaaS contracts
• Proven experience in order-to-cash processes and managing billing and AR operations
• Strong systems knowledge (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora, or similar platforms)
