Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize revenue capture and enhance billing performance
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee a team of revenue cycle professionals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field
• Proven experience with physician group practices or large multi-specialty organizations
• Deep understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding, payer requirements, and reimbursement methodologies
• 10 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on physician billing
