Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle initiatives and develop strategies for optimal operations and performance
• Oversee non-clinical and clinical denials while utilizing predictive analytics for continuous improvement
• Manage the operating budget and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in a healthcare environment, including 8 years in a major healthcare system or consulting firm
• Master's degree is strongly preferred; advanced certification in healthcare is desirable
• Experience in operational efficiency improvements and change management
• Knowledge of revenue cycle accounting processes and strategic planning
