Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the revenue cycle strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Monitor revenue cycle KPIs and partner with Finance on budgeting and cash flow management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Expertise in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and billing processes
• Proficiency in revenue cycle technology platforms (EHR, billing systems, RCM tools)
• Certifications such as CHFP, CRCR, or coding certifications preferred
