Senior Director of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in revenue management, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Cycle will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient registration, billing, and compliance, while working remotely from the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's revenue cycle strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in billing and collections
• Monitor revenue cycle KPIs and partner with Finance on forecasting and budgeting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years at the Director or Sr. Director level
• Expertise in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and billing processes
• Strong knowledge of payer regulations, compliance, and healthcare reimbursement
• Proficiency in revenue cycle technology platforms (EHR, billing systems, RCM tools)
