Senior Director of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Leading outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle functions, the full-time remote Senior Director of Revenue Cycle will manage performance goals across the revenue cycle continuum, collaborating with various teams to optimize reimbursement and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle performance metrics, including AR days, denials, and cash collections
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to enhance billing integrity and optimize reimbursement strategies
• Assess and innovate outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle operations to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient access

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle management
• Knowledge of billing operations and analytics related to revenue cycle
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance in revenue cycle processes
• Preferred experience with Raintree revenue cycle management systems
