Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of the revenue cycle function, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Cycle will optimize cash realization and accelerate revenue conversion while managing a global team and collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes and executes the long-term enterprise revenue cycle vision and operating model, driving transformational initiatives for operational efficiency and customer experience
• Oversees comprehensive revenue cycle operations from order capture through final cash resolution, ensuring alignment with clinical, commercial, regulatory, and financial goals
• Develops and implements enterprise revenue cycle strategy, serving as a strategic advisor on performance, reimbursement trends, and regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in a revenue cycle capacity, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing large, complex revenue cycle organizations with substantial revenue portfolios
• Advanced understanding of medical billing, coding, collections, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to present data and recommendations effectively to various audiences
