Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management leads the RCM Services business unit in a full-time remote position, overseeing strategic direction, operational maturity, and profitability while ensuring customer outcomes and team scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the RCM Services business unit, including revenue and margin management
• Define and implement multi-year strategies for service offerings and operational requirements
• Lead customer relationships and manage escalations to ensure service quality and retention

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Significant senior leadership experience in running an RCM, healthcare services, or BPO business unit
• Experience in P&L management and financial planning for a services business
• Track record of scaling a services team while maintaining or improving margins
• Strong partnership skills across functions, including Sales, Product, and Finance
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or adjacent specialty billing is strongly preferred
