Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management for assigned markets and national projects
• Analyze performance against benchmarks and advise senior management on revenue management matters
• Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and performance feedback for subordinate staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree preferred
• Experience in managing physician revenue cycle with knowledge of major payers, Medicaid, and Managed Medicaid
• Experience with AthenaHealth
• Minimum of seven years managing large, multi-specialty physician groups
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
