Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all billing programs, systems, processes, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections
• Formulate and execute policies for billing workflows while maintaining privacy and security of health information
• Provide billing cycle reporting and collaborate with peers to achieve performance improvement and company goals

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive revenue cycle management experience in an integrated healthcare environment
• 5+ years of managerial experience in healthcare revenue management cycle roles
• Extensive knowledge of patient registration, coding, billing, and regulatory requirements
• Understanding of hospital data collection and billing systems
