Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue cycle strategy to optimize revenue and cash flow
• Establish and monitor KPIs, driving continuous improvement across revenue cycle operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations while enhancing patient financial experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a turnaround or rapid-growth environment
• Experience with EHR and revenue cycle platforms preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle functions and healthcare regulations
• Proven ability to manage multi-site revenue operations within a healthcare provider setting
