Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

To support a growing mission-driven organization, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management will elevate the RCM function through technology and team leadership, working remotely while aligning with East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate RCM into a scalable, technology-enabled operating model to enhance accuracy and performance
• Leverage OnTarget's capabilities to develop practical workflows, dashboards, and automation for operational needs
• Lead and develop revenue cycle teams while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations
• Proven track record of improving compliance-driven operations through technology and process change
• Experience with workflow redesign, automation, and business intelligence tools
• Strong operational skills with the ability to translate complex processes into measurable models
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
