Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or GTM Transformation
• Proven experience in building scalable readiness systems
• Strong understanding of enterprise B2B GTM motions
• Experience in driving behavior change within teams
• Comfort with data analysis and executive-level storytelling
