Key Responsibilities
- Own the full Bookings Revenue lifecycle, ensuring timely onboarding and activation
- Identify and resolve friction points between Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success
- Lead pricing, packaging, and discount governance frameworks in collaboration with Finance and Product
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years in Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, or related leadership roles
- Deep understanding of post-sale lifecycle and onboarding workflows
- Experience managing pricing and commercialization strategies
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
