Senior Director of Revenue Integrity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead revenue integrity strategies to optimize revenue capture and minimize financial risk
• Oversee charge capture, coding compliance, documentation integrity, and reimbursement methodologies
• Collaborate with finance, billing, and clinical departments to ensure accurate charge description master (CDM) maintenance and updates

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; Master's degree is a plus
• 8-10 years of experience in revenue integrity, revenue cycle management, or healthcare finance
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within hospitals or large medical groups
• In-depth knowledge of medical coding, billing regulations, and payer reimbursement policies
