Senior Director of Revenue Integrity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Integrity, responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of the revenue integrity program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization's revenue integrity program, including charge capture and optimization
• Act as a liaison with leadership across billing, coding, finance, and operations to enhance revenue recognition
• Manage institutional initiatives related to the revenue cycle and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience in a healthcare environment, including at least 8 years in a major healthcare system or consulting firm
• Preference for candidates with prior experience as a Director in Revenue Cycle
• A master's degree is strongly preferred
• Advanced certification in healthcare is desirable
