Senior Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Revenue Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Revenue Strategy & Operations team, including vision, recruitment, and performance management
• Collaborate with GTM leadership on operations, strategic planning, and execution of key projects
• Perform data analysis to inform key business decisions and drive the annual GTM planning cycle

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in a Revenue/Sales Operations leadership role or top management consulting with Go-To-Market experience
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, with a focus on building and managing strong teams
• Strong analytical skills and executive presence to build relationships with senior stakeholders
• BS/BA required; MBA preferred
• Experience in leading strategic initiatives and understanding SaaS customer journeys
