Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the global Revenue Operations strategy and support annual planning processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Drive excellence in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue attribution through process consistency and improved data quality
• Lead continuous cross-functional improvements across GTM infrastructure to maximize sales effectiveness and optimize customer lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing, managing, and scaling talent across diverse functions
• Deep sales/business operations or sales management experience within a high-growth SaaS/PaaS environment
• Hands-on experience architecting and managing revenue systems, including Salesforce and BI tools
• Highly organized with strong leadership presence and ability to manage and influence teams
• Experience coaching, motivating, and performance managing Revenue Operations teams
