Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations & Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate GTM processes and metrics to drive predictable revenue and improve pipeline health
• Align cross-functional teams around shared definitions, metrics, and expectations to enhance execution quality
• Develop dashboards and insights for leadership, providing real-time visibility into revenue performance and trends

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics in B2B SaaS
• Experience in a scale-up environment with a proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and pipeline quality
• Deep understanding of GTM funnels, sales processes, and retention drivers
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, BI tools, and GTM automation
• Builder mindset with a high bias for action
