Job Summary

Senior Director of Revenue Operations is a full-time remote leadership role focused on enhancing the go-to-market engine through strategic forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end forecasting processes and improve decision-making through clear methodologies and reporting standards
  • Design territory and quota models aligned with market opportunities and manage quota-setting processes
  • Own pipeline reporting and analytics, translating data into actionable recommendations for improved execution
Required Qualifications
  • 7-12+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops
  • Strong experience with complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-motion GTM strategies
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and analytics tools
  • Proven track record in forecasting, pipeline analytics, and GTM performance management
  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology companies
