Senior Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

Driving revenue cycle performance, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Operations will manage billing, contract management, and revenue integrity processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue capture and ensure compliance in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring alignment with financial performance metrics
• Oversee the management of contracts and service level agreements, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met
• Establish and govern a revenue integrity program to ensure accuracy and compliance of all billing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue integrity, contract management, and pricing strategies
• Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of improving accounts receivable metrics
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
