Job Summary
Driving operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Director of Revenue Operations will manage strategic planning, forecasting, and sales technology while ensuring predictable revenue growth and high-performing go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual business planning process and translate corporate revenue targets into actionable sales quotas
- Own forecasting cadence and partner with teams to drive forecast accuracy and accountability
- Manage the revenue tech stack and drive adoption of tools across the revenue organization
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience with Salesforce and revenue intelligence platforms like Gong
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience leveraging AI for process optimization
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to manage complex, global, cross-functional environments
- Strong organizational and program management skills
