Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of contracting and bundling initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Operations will ensure customer value and revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Operationalize product contracting and bundling to enhance customer value and streamline processes
- Drive cross-functional alignment for licensing and renewal strategies, ensuring effective communication and execution across teams
- Lead the design and implementation of new pricing and billing models, including consumption-based options
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales or Revenue Operations, or related fields, with senior leadership experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to set strategy and drive execution with executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Salesforce.com, including CPQ and quoting processes
- Experience with channel and MSP business models and portal-based quote-to-order processes
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on simplifying complex contract and licensing structures
