Senior Director of Revenue Operations
Job Summary
To shape Scorpion's go-to-market operations, the full-time remote Senior Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics will build revenue data architecture, improve forecasting, and develop actionable reporting while leading Salesforce administration and driving AI adoption across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage revenue data architecture and analytics for Marketing and Sales
- Lead revenue forecasting and pipeline inspection to enhance sales predictability
- Oversee Salesforce administration and identify opportunities for AI and automation in revenue processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in managing revenue operations for a recurring revenue business
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools
- Experience with franchise or multi-location revenue models is preferred
