Job Summary
To drive strategic alignment and execution within the Revenue & Technology organization, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Strategy will manage portfolio planning, facilitate executive decision-making, and ensure transparency in investment outcomes while working in a hybrid environment based in Bethesda, MD.
Key responsibilities
- Lead quarterly portfolio reviews, providing an integrated view for executive decision-making and proactively identifying dependencies and risks
- Partner with leaders to validate annual outcomes and align delivery plans to measurable value, ensuring clarity in initiative scope and ownership
- Oversee the Long Range Plan refinement process, producing executive-ready views of portfolio investments and constraints to guide strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio/program management, or related leadership roles in large organizations
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions without formal authority
- Strong portfolio management skills, including translating strategy into outcomes and building transparent roadmaps
- Familiarity with planning and delivery tools such as Amplify and portfolio trackers
