Senior Director of RFP Management

Job Summary

To support commercial growth across the Retail business, the full-time remote Senior Director of RFP Management will design and implement a centralized proposal organization, build a high-performing team, and establish best practices to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and organizational structure for the RFP function
• Build and lead a national team of RFP managers, writers, and designers while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
• Evaluate and implement proposal automation technologies to optimize proposal processes and improve quality

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP leadership, or related fields
• 7+ years of experience leading large proposal teams
• Proven success in designing or scaling centralized proposal organizations
• Experience in managing complex proposal operations in regulated industries
• Strong skills in executive communication and change management
