Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director - GTS SaaS Fraud DevOps and Support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a global DevOps/Support team to enhance performance and reliability of the Fraud Protection SaaS platform
Champion the transformation to a high-performing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization
Drive automation and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to improve operational efficiency and agility

Required Qualifications

Senior level experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Technical Support roles
Proven experience in transforming support teams into engineering-centric SRE teams
Strong background in SaaS operations, preferably in Fraud Protection or Financial Services
Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with observability tools like AppDynamics, Datadog, or Splunk
