Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales for Public Sector / Government Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the sales strategy for U.S. Public Sector clients, including Federal, State & Local Government and Higher Education institutions
  • Lead the pursuit and closure of complex, multi-million dollar contracts while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Direct and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on hiring, career development, and achieving annual quotas
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in leading successful sales functions, with significant time in senior management roles
  • 10+ years of experience working with the U.S. Public Sector, including Federal, State & Local Government and Higher Education clients
  • Deep experience in Data, Information Services, and Technology products, especially in data analytics and digital transformation
  • Proven track record in leading large teams and driving organizational change
  • Experience with managing significant budgets and achieving financial targets
