Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales - AI-Powered Enterprise IT Operations (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver multi-million-dollar net new bookings across AI-driven ITSM, ITAM, and enterprise automation offerings
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of four enterprise sales professionals, ensuring consistent high performance
- Articulate the differentiated AI First and AI Fast value proposition to CIOs and IT leadership
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of enterprise SaaS or IT platform sales experience with a record of exceeding targets
- Proven success in leading and developing sales teams, selling to senior IT leadership within large enterprises
- Demonstrated ability to compete against incumbents like ServiceNow or BMC
- Deep understanding of IT operations, ITSM/ITAM markets, and the evolving AI landscape
- Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN Selling) preferred
