Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales - AI-Powered Enterprise IT Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver multi-million-dollar net new bookings across AI-driven ITSM, ITAM, and enterprise automation offerings
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of four enterprise sales professionals, ensuring consistent high performance
  • Articulate the differentiated AI First and AI Fast value proposition to CIOs and IT leadership
Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of enterprise SaaS or IT platform sales experience with a record of exceeding targets
  • Proven success in leading and developing sales teams, selling to senior IT leadership within large enterprises
  • Demonstrated ability to compete against incumbents like ServiceNow or BMC
  • Deep understanding of IT operations, ITSM/ITAM markets, and the evolving AI landscape
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN Selling) preferred
