Driving profitable growth in the West Coast Life Sciences market, the full-time remote Senior Director of Sales will manage the commercialization lifecycle for Scientific Support Services, focusing on client partnerships, solution development, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue growth by managing the full revenue lifecycle across assigned Life Sciences accounts
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Account Directors, shaping and executing growth strategies
  • Lead solution design and pricing strategy while driving disciplined pipeline management and deal execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years' experience in commercial, sales, or revenue leadership roles
  • 10+ years' experience in the Life Sciences sector
  • Minimum of 5 years in solutions development or complex deal structuring
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements
