Job Summary

Leading the sales efforts for Target brands, the full-time Senior Director of Sales will manage a team to maximize growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and enhance processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Target Sales team to drive growth and improve sales processes
  • Develop and manage strategic planning for annual business at Target, ensuring alignment with operating company strategies
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire the sales team while fostering a positive organizational culture
Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Retail Merchant/Buyer roles, with a preference for 5+ years at Target
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams with at least 5 years of people leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of P&L and Trade Budget management
  • Experience utilizing syndicated databases and customer-specific portals for Target
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of building customer relationships
