Job Summary

Leading sales execution for Rocket's Enterprise Suite portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Sales will expand the company's presence in existing accounts and acquire new customers by executing strategic sales initiatives in a complex, technically differentiated environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute sales processes, operational metrics, and account strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Provide executive oversight for large, complex Enterprise Suite deals, ensuring alignment with technical realities and customer success
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key Enterprise Suite customers, including CIOs and CTOs
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise sales teams in technically complex software environments
  • 10+ years of proven sales and leadership experience in enterprise software or technology
  • Experience in mainframe environments and developing business requiring significant professional services enablement
  • Strong track record in team development and coaching
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
