Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Sales, Analytics & Space Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail analytics, category management, and space planning functions to drive growth and operational efficiencies
• Lead the merchandise assortment planning process and manage a team of sales analysts and planners
• Develop insights and reporting tools to track performance metrics and support decision-making across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years in a Sales Planning and/or analytics role
• Experience leading a space planning organization within the beauty sector
• Strong background in retail analytics and sales strategy
• Mass/CPG experience with large retailers like Target and Walmart
• Ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively
