Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hiring, mentoring, and development of SDR Managers and SDRs
- Set and execute new business pipeline strategy and manage KPIs for the sales development organization
- Establish strong relationships with sales leadership and ensure SDRs have the necessary tools for productivity
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a second line leadership role overseeing Sales Development teams in the SaaS space
- 7+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS
- Strong foundation with SDR processes and KPIs
- Proven success in exceeding targets and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in coaching and performance management of sales teams
