Job Summary
Owning the global Sales Development strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Sales Development will define and manage the operating model to ensure effective pipeline generation across regions while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the global Sales Development strategy, including role definitions and qualification criteria
- Partner with regional leaders to ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution
- Own global SDR playbooks and performance systems, establishing KPIs and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Revenue leadership roles
- Proven experience in designing and scaling global SDR operating models
- Deep understanding of SDR tooling and emerging sales technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex organizations
- Strong executive communication skills with experience in driving change at scale
