Job Summary
Driving revenue alignment through innovative training solutions, the full-time Senior Director of Sales Enablement will manage the enablement lifecycle by translating product capabilities and market messaging into structured training programs for sales teams, partners, and customers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary conduit between Product Management, Product Marketing, and the field to convert product updates and competitive intelligence into actionable enablement content
- Own and execute the global Sales Enablement roadmap across eight structured learning tracks aligned with revenue goals and market priorities
- Oversee the technical training curriculum for customers and partners, ensuring effective deployment and operation of the Dragos Platform
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, technical training, or revenue performance leadership roles, particularly in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- Proven success in building and scaling multi-track enablement programs that impact win rates and deal velocity
- Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies, specifically MEDDPIC/MEDDPICC
- Experience in developing enablement programs for both internal sales teams and external partner communities
- Strong data orientation with the ability to define, measure, and report on enablement KPIs linked to business outcomes
