Job Summary
Leading the implementation of sales enablement programs, the remote Senior Director of Sales Enablement will manage teams to enhance sales and customer success capabilities, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Leads the development and execution of innovative sales enablement programs to drive participation and improve sales fluency
- Interfaces with cross-functional teams to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously improve enablement initiatives
- Creates coaching structures and content to ensure sales and customer success professionals meet world-class performance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales enablement strategy, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing enablement programs within the technology industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
