Job Summary
Owning the full revenue acquisition motion, the fully remote Senior Director of Sales & Marketing will manage marketing strategy, sales pipeline, and partnerships to attract and convert DTC supplement and health/wellness brands, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and measurable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the marketing function, including strategy development, execution, and team management
- Build and scale inbound lead generation channels while managing outbound prospecting efforts
- Oversee CRM operations, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and effective sales enablement assets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in performance marketing with experience in paid media on Meta and/or YouTube
- Proven track record of building or scaling a B2B marketing function in an agency or services environment
- Strong skills in sales operations, including pipeline management and CRM hygiene
- Experience managing direct reports and developing junior marketers
- Ability to analyze data and frameworks to inform strategic decisions
