Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Operations (Defense).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales operational excellence and enable disciplined execution across the Sales organization
• Own pipeline inspection and revenue forecasting to support accurate projections
• Establish and maintain sales process standards and methodologies for improved execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Hands-on HubSpot experience required
• Strong understanding of public sector or government sales cycles
• Ability to build revenue forecasts based on pipeline and deal maturity
