Job Summary
To optimize revenue and streamline public-sector proposal processes, the full-time remote Senior Director of Sales Operations will bridge the gap between sales strategy and operational execution while leading analytics, pipeline management, and operational planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Defining and delivering sales metrics and analytics to internal stakeholders in collaboration with the business intelligence team
- Leading operational planning for the AMS Sales organization, including quota assignment and territory creation
- Driving monthly pipeline reviews to identify gaps in the sales process and create action plans for improvement
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of related work experience within sales operations or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in overlay sales operations and managing cross-functional sales teams
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and problem-solving
- Experience in customer service orientation and analytics
