Job Summary

To optimize revenue and streamline public-sector proposal processes, the full-time remote Senior Director of Sales Operations will bridge the gap between sales strategy and operational execution while leading analytics, pipeline management, and operational planning initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Defining and delivering sales metrics and analytics to internal stakeholders in collaboration with the business intelligence team
  • Leading operational planning for the AMS Sales organization, including quota assignment and territory creation
  • Driving monthly pipeline reviews to identify gaps in the sales process and create action plans for improvement
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of related work experience within sales operations or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in overlay sales operations and managing cross-functional sales teams
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and problem-solving
  • Experience in customer service orientation and analytics
